Where do you ship to?
We deliver to most global destinations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). Our customers include divers in Europe, snorkelers in North America, and surf instructors in Australia – we’re proud to serve water enthusiasts worldwide!
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 days after dispatch – perfect when you need gear for an upcoming trip.
  2. Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50, arriving in 15-25 days after dispatch – great for families or those planning ahead.
All orders are processed in 1-2 working days at our Manchester facility.
How can I track my order?
