Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Fully trackable service

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • You may be responsible for customs fees and import taxes
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns
  • Please allow extra time for customs clearance

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your diving gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Rash vests & thermals
  • All snorkel sets (both PVC and Silicone)

Exceptions: We will accept returns if these items are defective or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. You may use our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Manchester-based team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

For exchanges (size or color changes):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
  • We will ship your replacement item once the original is received
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You may be responsible for return customs fees
